1. Information We Collect

We collect: the email address you provide during registration; OAuth tokens for cloud drive connections (used solely to access your drives on your behalf, never stored outside our servers); and anonymous usage data such as API call counts. We do not collect your cloud drive file contents.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; calculate usage quotas; send service notifications (plan changes, security alerts); and improve service quality. We never sell your information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your account information and OAuth tokens are stored in PostgreSQL on Alibaba Cloud ECS (mainland China). We employ industry-standard security measures. Drive tokens are encrypted at rest and rotated periodically when not in use.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law. When you use cloud drive features, requests are forwarded to the respective platform (Baidu, Aliyun, 115, Quark, OneDrive), which processes your data under its own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You may disconnect any cloud drive and revoke its token at any time from the Dashboard. You may request account deletion, upon which we will delete your personal information and associated OAuth tokens.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and billing audit purposes.
