1. Service Description

UniDrive (the "Service") is a middleware layer that connects AI assistants to cloud drives via the MCP protocol. Users interact with the Service through Agent tools. The Service does not store user files directly — it acts as an access proxy forwarding requests to third-party cloud storage providers including Baidu Netdisk, Aliyun Drive, 115, Quark Cloud, and OneDrive.

2. Account Management

You must provide a valid email and password to register. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Free accounts are limited to 100 API calls per day and a maximum of 2 connected drives. Pro accounts have no such limits.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not: abuse the API for scraping or automated attacks; use the Service to store or transmit illegal content; attempt to circumvent tier limits; or use the Service for activities that infringe on others' intellectual property.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service is not affiliated with Baidu, Aliyun, 115, Quark, Microsoft OneDrive, or any other third-party platform. You must comply with each platform's terms when using their services through UniDrive. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or policy changes of third-party platforms.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
